Electric Partnership Program (EPP)
Provides in-home audits and installs appropriate electric energy efficiency measures to reduce electric usage.

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
To assist households with low incomes, particularly those with the lowest incomes that pay a high proportion of household income for home energy, primarily in meeting their immediate home energy needs.

The Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus (PIPP)
A payment program that permits households with incomes under 150% of the poverty guideline to retain utility service by paying 15% of their income for service.
